HAMPTON ROADS, Va. (WAVY) — Snow began to fall Tuesday afternoon and overnight into Wednesday in the Outer Banks and in parts of the Hampton Roads region.

Viewers also sent in videos of the snow falling across the region. The snow was expected to continue for northeastern North Carolina and southeastern Virginia into the early morning hours.
