PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Wintry weather brought school closings, delays and of course, snow!
It’s been more than 1,000 days since Hampton Roads has seen snow, according to Super Doppler 10 Meteorologist Jeremy Wheeler.
Parts of Hampton Roads were covered in a layer of snow following winter weather conditions. Around 1 inch of snow developed in some areas, bringing out the coats and snowmen.
