For 30 years, since he was a little kid, Jack Coon has been coming to the Outer Banks for vacation. Now, he and his wife are the parents of five girls, but what he saw when he arrived on his latest trip and took a closer look at the deck on their summer rental "made my heart drop." Wobbly railings are one thing, but potentially deadly conditions are something else entirely, and that's what motivated Coon to contact 10 On Your Side.
