A former childcare worker charged with felony child abuse neglect and abuse causing serious injury had her charges certified to a grand jury in a Virginia Beach court Monday.

The Sheriff's Office arrested Hampton residents Janique Fuller, 21, and Khedall Lee, 21, on Aug. 21, charging both with multiple counts of larceny. According to the Sheriff's Office, Fuller and Lee's complete charges include grand larceny, conspire to commit grand larceny and commit grand larceny with intent to sell stolen property. More than 200 birds were seized as part of a suspected cockfighting ring in Virginia Beach, police said Monday.

The Chesapeake Police Department is searching for a young adult it said is endangered.

According to Chesapeake Police, Anthony Cole Pavona, 18, was reported missing Monday in the Dunedin area of Western Branch in Chesapeake. Virginia State Police say he was last seen around 11 p.m. Sunday and is believed to be traveling on foot.
