SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Motorists traveling on I-664 North can expect delays following a multi-vehicle crash at the Monitor Merrimac Memorial Bridge Tunnel Thursday afternoon.
All north lanes are currently closed, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation. Traffic backups are approximately 1.25 miles.
