Longtime Los Angeles Kings center Anze Kopitar plans to retire from the NHL following the 2025-26 season, he announced on Thursday evening.
Kopitar, 38, is a five-time NHL All-Star, a two-time Stanley Cup champion, and a two-time Selke Award winner.
