HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) — For the fourth time in five seasons, Norfolk State and Hampton football will meet in the Battle of the Bay, this time at Armstrong Stadium.
Norfolk State has won two of the previous three games, while the Pirates rocked the Spartans 37-7 last season at Dick Price Stadium.
