BUFFALO, NY (WAVY) — We know that the Buffalo Bills love themselves some William & Mary Tribe. Head Coach Sean McDermott has brought on the likes of Christian Taylor and Joe Brady to help with the staff. As Brady has elevated to the Offensive Coordinator role, he’s excelled and is garnering interest for Head Coaching positions with other NFL teams.
As of Monday, the New York Jets and New Orleans Saints have requested interviews with Brady for their Head Coaching vacancies. Brady said he’s honored to be in the running for these positions, but has a singular focus in mind as the Buffalo Bills push for a championship.
“You know, my focus is strictly on trying to win a Super Bowl here and trying to find a way to win a game this week. Do I aspire to be a Head Coach? Yeah I would love to… I’m honored for my name to even be thrown out there, but my focus is try to find a way to win a football game this week,” said Brady, who will lead the Bills offense as Buffalo hosts the Denver Broncos in the opening round of the playoffs this Sunday.
Brady played for the Tribe as a Wide Receiver from 2008-2012.
