VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY)- The Virginia Department of Corrections said Friday officers want to find Joshua Keene for violating his probation. Investigators said Keene is on indefinite supervision after pleading guilty in February to a charge of having carnal knowledge of a minor in August 2017.
Officers said Keene violated his probation by removing or disabling his ankle bracelet. His last known address is on Dylan Drive in Virginia Beach.
