PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Police in Portsmouth charged a man they say robbed a Wells Fargo branch.
Police say 29-year-old Andre Leary hit the location on Portsmouth Boulevard on Feb. 20.
Leary allegedly passed a note to a teller and demanded money — before taking off from the bank.
