The FDA has issued a recall of 4,515 cases of Yellowstone Brown Sugar Molasses Baked Beans by the Vietti Food Group.
Undeclared soy was discovered in the 15oz. cans. Those with an allergy or severe sensitivity to soy risk serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they eat this product.
The recalled product was distributed through retailers in the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia.
The recalled product has Best if Used By Feb 17, 2028 printed on the bottom of each can.
The FDA says no reactions have been reported at this time. Consumers who have purchased the affected product are urged to return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
