PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY)– Portsmouth Police have said a missing 10-year-old has returned home.
According to police, 10-year-old David Wayne Reid III was reported to have been last seen Sunday night at 9:42 p.m. in the 3900 block of Arlington Place.
On Monday around 8:30 a.m., police said they are no longer searching for Reid.
