SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A man and a woman have been charged after they were caught performing a sexual act while stopped on the side of the road Thursday night in Suffolk, according to police.
Police say Kevin W. Griffin, 33, of Smithfield, and Kimberly D. Baines, 35, of Suffolk, had stopped both of their vehicles in the area of Godwin Boulevard and Hillpoint Blvd. around 11 p.m. An officer said Baines was behind the wheel of her vehicle and Griffin was standing outside at the time.
Griffin was arrested on charges of indecent exposure and public intoxication, while Baines was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
