PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Police say a suspect has been charged in a recent stabbing in Portsmouth.
Police spokeswoman Misty Holley said officers were called to London Oaks Apartments around 7 p.m. Monday. A woman was injured in a stabbing.
Officers later arrested 23-year-old Brittnay A. Harris, and charged her with aggravated malicious wounding.
