ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. (WAVY) — A man wanted out of Newport News was arrested in Elizabeth City on Monday, police said.
According to officials, Elizabeth City Police arrested 38-year-old Yumahn Quayshawan Brown on charges of conspiracy to commit malicious wounding.
Police said Brown is currently being held without bond at the Albemarle District Jail.
Brown is scheduled to be in court on Tuesday, July 15.
