YORK COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) — Fire crews battled a residential fire in York County Thursday evening.
Just before 6:30 p.m., crews responded to a house fire in the 300 block of Gardenville Drive in the Tabb Lakes area.
Upon arrival, units observed smoke conditions in the area of an attached garage.
No one was injured, and the occupants inside were able to safely exit the home.
The fire was confined to the garage area. Crews stayed at the scene to ensure the fire was out.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
