UPDATE: Virginia Beach police announced Friday afternoon that Ohu was found safe.
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — A 30-year-old woman reported missing in Virginia Beach is considered critically missing.
Virginia State Police issued a Critically Missing Adult Alert on Friday afternoon for Thae Ohu. They say her disappearance poses a credible threat to her health and safety.
Police have not shared many details in the case, but say Thae Ohu’s vehicle, a red Mini Cooper with Virginia plate TUY7634, was last seen in Virginia Beach at 12:06 p.m. on Friday, August 9 near the Oceanfront. State Police also said she was last seen Thursday night around 9:57 p.m. on North Oceana Blvd.
Ohu is about 5 feet tall and 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, and police say she doesn’t have a way of contacting anyone.
