Virginia Beach Animal Services seeking owner of black lab hit by vehicle

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Virginia Beach Animal Services is asking for the public’s assistance in searching for a dog’s owner.

According to a Facebook post, a small black lab was found in the 3000 block of Silina Drive after being hit by a vehicle. This is near the intersection with South Lynnhaven Road.


The dog was found wearing a sky blue nylon collar with the female ID#180975. The dog does not have a microchip. A photo of the dog can be found below:
