VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — The Legal Sea Foods location in Virginia Beach has closed for good.

The 8,000-square-foot Town Center location officially opened May 15, 2023, bringing a taste of New England to Virginia Beach.


The restaurant chain boasts quality fresh foods and offers dishes such as New England clam chowder, baked haddock, half-pound lobster roll and she-crab bisque. Now, those looking for a taste of New England will have to travel a good distance. The next closest Legal Sea Foods location from Hampton Roads is in Pennsylvania.
