PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Just under 9,000 residents in Hampton Roads were without power at the height of an outage on Sunday, according to Dominion Energy.
The outages have impacted several cities, including Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake and Suffolk.
Crews from Dominion Energy have since restored power to almost all residents in Hampton Roads.
