NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Panda Express announced a new location has opened in Norfolk on Wednesday.
The American Chinese fast-food chain held its ribbon-cutting ceremony at 1166 North Military Highway at 9:30 a.m.
The restaurant chain’s third Norfolk location also presented a large check donation to the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore during the grand opening and gave away a special Panda Express t-shirt to the first 88 customers.
Panda Express has over 2,000 locations throughout the United States and is well-known for its original orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp and broccoli beef entree.
