NORTHAMPTON COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) – The Bay Creek Golf Club in Cape Charles will be hosting their second annual PGA HOPE Day on Monday, July 28.
PGA HOPE, which stands for Helping Our Patriots Everywhere, is a program that teaches golf to veterans and active duty military to enhance their physical, mental and emotional well-being. The six-to-eight-week program is led by PGA golf professionals and are all provided at no cost to all participating veterans.
During the event this upcoming Monday, 92 PGA HOPE graduates from three different chapters across Virginia will be in attendance for a day of golf and celebration. The Bay Creek Golf Club invites attendees to give a warm welcome to these heroes when they are seen on property.
