NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – A vehicle crash on I-64 caused delays early Wednesday morning.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), all east lanes were closed around 4:40 a.m. due to a crash.
Video sent by a WAVY 10 viewer shows a vehicle stuck between the temporary barriers and the guard rail on the Willoughby Bay Bridge in Norfolk.
All lanes have since reopened.
