NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Norfolk police are investigating a shooting that sent a man to the hospital with fatal injuries on Oct. 27.
The victim is identified as 19-year-old Shelton L. Jordan Jr., of Chesapeake. Jordan died from his injuries on Nov. 1.
Friday around 11:30 p.m., police were called to the 1700 block of Todd Street at the intersection of Berkley Avenue Ext and Todd Street.
