PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – A man was transported to a local hospital following a shooting in Portsmouth Sunday, according to Portsmouth Police.
The incident happened around 2:05 a.m. in the 2700 block of Effingham Street. Police say the man’s injuries are non life-threatening.
