WINDSOR, Va. (WAVY) — About 900 people lost power Wednesday morning in western Suffolk and in Isle of Wight and Southampton counties.
Power was restored to all impacted customers by 7:50 a.m.
Dominion Energy says the cause the outages was still under investigation.
