NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Police have responded to Fishermans Road in the Ocean View area of Norfolk after a child was struck by a vehicle.
Norfolk dispatchers say they got a call at 5:32 p.m. from the 1000 block of Fishermans Road.
