CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Dozens of student volunteers will join in an effort to clean up Libertyville Road in Chesapeake.
The volunteers are part of ASEZ, save the Earth from A to Z, a global group of university students dedicated to social service, victim relief, raising awareness and environmental protection.
ASEZ will team up with the students at the Yorktown Coast Guard Training Base to clean the area and support efforts to reduce crime in the area.
The cleanup takes place Sunday, May 26 between 10 a.m. and noon at Libertyville Road Park.
