CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Crews have responded to a serious crash at the intersection of Kempsville Road and Greenbrier Parkway in Chesapeake.

10 On Your Side’s still working to learn about the extent of injuries at this time, but photos of the scene from WAVY viewer Tyler Christopher show at least two vehicles involved.

One was flipped on its side, surrounded by firefighters.

Chesapeake officials say eastbound Kempsville Road closed at Greenbrier Parkway and Butts Station Road southbound at Kempsville Road were also closed. All roads have since reopened.
