ACCOMACK COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) — Two people were arrested Wednesday in connection with the homicide of a man in Accomack County in December.

On Dec. 15, the Accomack County Sheriff’s Office received a report from the Emergency Operations Center at approximately 7:15 a.m. of a vehicle fire which spread to the nearby brush on Green Hill Road, New Church.

Upon arrival, deputies discovered an unresponsive man, identified as 30-year-old Warren Thomas Fosque III, in a wooded area suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The Norfolk Medical Examiner’s Office ruled his death a homicide.

Ceonta Jamar Kellam, 34, was charged with first degree murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, burning or destroying personal property, willfully conceal physical evidence and possession of a firearm by a convicted violent felon.

Destiny Monique Taylor, 26, was charged with accessory after the fact in the commission of felony murder, accessory after the fact in the commission of felony arson and willfully conceal physical evidence.

The Accomack County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Northampton County Sheriff’s Office, Virginia State Police, Homeland Security Investigations (Norfolk), and the Federal Bureau of Investigations.
