PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Since 2012, the faith-based volunteer-driven organization, Mercy Drops Dream Center, has been working to reach into the chaos of life to bring out the good. They do this through many outreaches and programs. You can help them further their mission by attending their Summertime Luau later this month.
