NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – The 2025 Norfolk Harborfest will be headlined by Lettuce, Chase Rice, and The Big Payback: A James Brown Tribute.

The 49th annual Norfolk Harborfest: Music, Food & Maritime Festival is taking place June 6-8, 2025, at Town Point Park along the Downtown Norfolk Waterfront.
