HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY)- Hampton Police said they arrested a man in Virginia Beach who they accused of shooting into a restaurant.
Officers said they caught Antonio Futrell on Wednesday. He is charged with four counts of shooting into an occupied dwelling, three counts of attempted malicious wounding, three counts of use of a firearm during a felony, and one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Officers believe he shot into Catch and Release restaurant on Towne Centre Way on October 7. Police said he got into a verbal fight with a security guard outside the business, then got his gun and shot towards the restaurant.
The security officer shot back. No one was hurt, but the business had damage from the gunfire.
