HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) — 10 On Your Side has learned former Virginia delegate Tom Gear has died.

Gear served in the General Assembly from 2002 until 2010, representing Hampton, Poquoson and York County in the 91st District. 

Gear stepped down in 2010.
