GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — A Greensboro night club has been labeled a “nuisance” property after 11 people were charged last month following a search that found guns and drugs, according to a City of Greensboro news release.

Guilford County Superior Court Judge William Wood signed a consent judgment for a Chapter 19 Nuisance Abatement action against JEMM LLC, the property owners of Secrets Cabaret, according to a City of Greensboro news release.

Per the business’ Facebook, Secrets Cabaret describes itself as an “adult entertainment club.”

The judgment was the final step in a civil nuisance abatement case brought by the City of Greensboro on behalf of the State of North Carolina.

Chapter 19 of the North Carolina General Statutes defines “nuisance” activities as prostitution, gambling and the illegal possession of or sale of alcoholic beverages.

Under the terms of the judgment, the owners of Secrets Cabaret have to sell the property within six months.
