NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – The Norfolk Police Department responded to an incident in the Ocean View area of the city on Tuesday.
According to officials, around 7:20 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 9600 block of Duffy’s Lane for reports of a stabbing victim.
Officers arrived to the scene and discovered that two men had been involved in a physical altercation when one of the men cut the other on their face. The victim was then transferred to a local hospital to be treated for non life-threatening injuries.
The incident remains under investigation.
