CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — A girl says a man approached her at a Chesapeake Walmart and made sexual advances.

According to information on a Chesapeake Crime Line Facebook post, on June 30, a man entered the Walmart in the 2400 block of Chesapeake Square Ring Road and crossed paths with a girl. Police did not say how old the girl was. He initiated a conversation with her, where he propositioned her for sex, according to police.

The man left the area in an unknown direction on foot. Police updated the Facebook post on July 6 to reflect that they had identified the suspect.
