HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) — Charges against a man who was arrested in connection to a 2018 Hampton shooting were withdrawn in court this week.
Christopher Walker was arrested on July 1, 2018, for a shooting that happened in March. The shooting, which happened at a Kentucky Fried Chicken/Taco Bell restaurant, left one man injured.
Charges including malicious wounding, shooting in a public place and use of a firearm in a felony were nolled prossed — or withdrawn — on Tuesday.
