PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — The case is moving forward against a man accused of accidentally shooting a woman at a Portsmouth school.
Twenty-nine-year-old Antonio Mills is facing several gun charges in connection to the incident at Simonsdale Elementary School last November. Those were certified to the grand jury on Friday.
Police say a gun in Mills’ pocket went off as he was walking through school’s front doors. The bullet ricocheted off the floor, grazing a woman’s leg.
