PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — The case against a man charged with murder in a January Portsmouth shooting is moving forward.
Court records show charges of first-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony 20-year-old Aake J. Russan were certified to a grand jury this week.
Police charged Russan for a Jan. 19 shooting that left Delvin Antonio Crosby dead.
A possession of a firearm by a violent felon charge against Russan was withdrawn in court this week.
