NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — The Virginia Zoo is partnering with Coastal Virginia Brewery Alliance to host the second annual Roar & Pour beer festival.
The event is scheduled for Aug. 31 and will feature unlimited beer tastings from over 20 different regional Virginia breweries. The event includes live music from the Bobby Blackhat Band, a kids play area, extended animal exhibit hours, food truck, a silent auction, etc.
The festivities will take place from 5-8:30 p.m.
Roar & Pour has been highly popular with young adults, and aims to gather Virginia craft beer lovers and zoo-lovers alike.
