Suffolk, Va. (WAVY) ㅡ Calling all art enthusiasts!
On Jan. 25, Nansemond-Suffolk Academy launched its 39th Art Show and Sale, featuring original artwork from more than 180 local and regional artists and community members. This year’s featured piece is “Morning Magic” by Karen Crenshaw.
During the event’s operating hours, visitors can view Crenshaw’s artwork at the Art Show and Sale Gallery in the Main Campus Lower School Lobby.
Event Hours:
- Jan. 30-31: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Feb. 1: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Feb. 2: 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
When the Art Show and Sale is closed for in-person shopping, an online shopping option is available at nsaartshow.com. Online shopping hours run from 4:30 p.m. to 8 a.m. from Jan. 30 through Feb. 1.
Admission is free and open to the public. All Art Show and Sale proceeds support Nansemond-Suffolk Academy’s visual and performing arts programs.
The site will be password-protected prior to the show and during in-person gallery viewing hours. No password will be required for Art Show After Hours sales.
