NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – The Chrysler Museum is recognizing and celebrating Juneteenth with a cookout June 8.
The cookout is free and will be held from noon – 4 p.m. There will be an art exhibition and activities, live music, lawn games, food truck a photobooth on campus.
The museum will also feature a curated set of three short films by Black filmmakers in the Kaufman Theater at 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
