PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Some single mothers can only dream of owning their own homes, but thanks to Habitat For Humanity of South Hampton Roads, some deserving single mothers are being placed into affordable homes. Two homes are currently under construction in Norfolk as part of their Women Build Weeks initiative.
