PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – The 69th annual Virginia MOCA Boardwalk Art Show is taking place this weekend at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Local artist Mia Guile was chosen by MOCA to design the artwork for this year’s show.
