PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – One of the benefits of living on the East Coast, especially Hampton Roads, is the abundance of seafood. Berret’s Seafood Restaurant and Taphouse Grill’s spokesperson, Chef Michael Kellum, prepared two seafood dishes on HRS. He showcased a pecan-crusted salmon dish with grilled shrimp and red snapper fillet with roasted asparagus and creamy parmesan rice.
