PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Portsmouth native, Tony Snipe’s love of art and history was curated, in large part, as a child diving into books at the Portsmouth Public Library and exploring local museums. After decades of putting his art on the backburner, he’s now using his creativity to re-imagine shipyard history through a sci-fi lens.
