PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – The Pharoah Phamily Phoundation, co-founded by actor, comedian, and Virginia native Jay Pharoah, works to support and promote arts around Hampton Roads. Their inaugural Phall Ball looks to raise funds to continue this mission. Ramona and Shaina Pharoah are the president and vice president of the foundation. They joined us to share how they’re helping creative students shine.
