PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – The mission of the Virginia Justice Alliance is to reform the criminal justice system and promote fairness and rehabilitation for all individuals. One way they do this is through the Hope Program, which aims to support children impacted by parents who are incarcerated.
