Today marks my last day as an intern at WAVY TV, and it’s definitely a bittersweet moment. Over the past weeks, I’ve learned so much, not just about the industry, but also about myself and what it takes to grow in this field. From writing spots, conducting interviews, reporting at live events, and getting more comfortable on camera, this experience has been nothing short of impactful.
I’m proud of the work I’ve put in, and I know this is only the beginning. This internship has given me the confidence and drive to keep moving forward, chasing bigger goals and creating new opportunities for my future. While it’s tough to close this chapter, I’m excited about what comes next and the steps I’ll continue to take to grow in my career.
